Unitary Comprehensive Universities

These Universities will not have any affiliate colleges and will be modeled after Jadavpur University. They would at best have a few constituent colleges. Efforts would be made to add disciplines such as engineering and medicine to these colleges.

  • GM University, Sambaklpur (to be made from GM College)
  • Khallikote University, Berhampur (to be made from Khallikote College)
